Questions, meet answers.

Everything you need to know about pages, devices, QR codes, NFC, and your account.

Topic 1

Getting started

Do visitors need an app?

No. A QR scan or NFC tap opens the assigned page in the phone’s browser.

What if a phone cannot use NFC?

Every device can use a QR code that leads to the same page, and every page also has a direct web address.

Topic 2

Devices and QR codes

Can one account have multiple devices?

Yes. One account can connect multiple wristbands, signs, cards, stickers, and QR codes.

Can multiple devices open the same page?

Yes. Each device has its own unique public code, but any number of devices can be assigned to the same page.

Can I change the page assigned to a device?

Yes. Open Devices, choose another page from the assignment menu, and save the change. Future scans and taps will open the newly assigned page.

Topic 3

Pages and connections

Can I update a page after sharing it?

Yes. Its public address remains the same while you update the name, bio, connections, order, and display options.

Can I hide a connection without deleting it?

Yes. Turn off “Show on profile” and save. The connection stays in the editor but is hidden from the public page.

Can I use different pages for different situations?

Yes. Create separate pages and assign each device to the page that fits its audience or location.

Topic 4

Accounts and security

What happens when I connect a new device?

You must log in and explicitly confirm the connection. The signed-in account supplies the ownership information; it is not taken from the QR URL.

Why do I need to confirm my email?

Email confirmation helps verify that you control the address attached to your account and keeps account communication reliable.
